- Job requirements： 1, full of great interest in business strategy management, identify with the value goals of SLEEING, can realize self-perfect in the process of promoting entrepreneurial economic development; 2, with a distinct sense of team, ability to solve specific problems under the guidance of consultant, strong professionalism and good occupation ethics; 3, understand some consulting business of business strategy management, and has the certain foundation in one field of business strategy management consulting; 4, key university undergraduate degree or above, with basic knowledge of management, economics, law, or other business strategy management related disciplines, and has related working experience; 5, with a certain entrepreneurial experience, or related working experience of well-known companies at home and abroad is preferred.
- Responsibilities：1, participate in the company's consulting business promotion (business plan, precision innovation, element integration) and market development under the guidance of consultant, complete individual performance indicators; 2, participate in the entrepreneurial environment analysis, opportunity evaluation and project mining on the industry under the guidance of consultant, put forward project proposals; 3, participate in consulting project negotiations, customer communication and other work under the guidance of consultant, collecting and sorting customer demand; 4, independently or with other assistant consultants work together to complete part of consulting project content under the guidance of consultant, and assist consultant to complete the team work; 5, completed implement programs and execute the budget of some consulting project content under the guidance of consultant, responsible for the quality of the assumed project content; 6, support the company continued to improve the practical ability and market position in the field of business strategy management, participate in the establishment and adjustment of company's business strategy.
