- Job requirements： 1, full of great interest in business strategy management, identify with the value goals of SLEEING, can realize self-perfect in the process of promoting entrepreneurial economic development; 2, with a distinct sense of team, ability to solve specific problems under the guidance of associate fellow, strong professionalism and good occupation ethics; 3, understand some consulting business of business strategy management, and has the certain foundation in one field of business strategy management consulting; 4, key university undergraduate degree or above, with basic knowledge of management, economics, law, philosophy, sociology or other business strategy management related disciplines, and has related working experience; 5, with a certain training experience, or related working experience of well-known companies at home and abroad is preferred.
- Responsibilities：1, participate in research and implementation of company's R & D system under the guidance of associate fellow，complete individual performance indicators; 2, participate in tracking business strategy management theory, report writing and support for innovation under the guidance of associate fellow, put forward the R & D proposals; 3, participate in R&D project negotiations, customer communication and other work under the guidance of associate fellow, collecting and sorting customer training needs; 4, independently or with other assistant researcher work together to complete part of R&D project content under the guidance of associate fellow, and assist associate fellow to complete the team work; 5, completed implement programs and execute the budget of some R&D project content under the guidance of associate fellow, responsible for the quality of the assumed project content; 6, support the company continued to improve the professional level and the theoretical status in the field of business strategy management, participate in the establishment and adjustment of company's business strategy.
