- Responsibilities：1, understand research and implementation of company's R & D system，complete personal practice objectives; 2, understand the process and method of tracking business strategy management theory, report writing and support for innovation, participate in some project discussion; 3, assist R & D project negotiations, customer communication and other work, collecting customer training needs; 4, participate in some work of R & D project, and improve your ability to work as soon as possible; 5, assist implement programs and execute the budget of some R&D project content, strive to improve the quality of the assumed work; 6, witness for the company continued to improve the professional level and the theoretical status in the field of business strategy management, understand the company's business strategy.
