- Job requirements： 1, full of great interest in business strategy management, identify with the value goals of SLEEING, can realize self-perfect in the process of promoting entrepreneurial economic development; 2, with certain leadership, ability to solve specific problems independently, a high degree of professionalism and good occupation ethics; 3, familiar with some consulting business of business strategy management, and has the certain attainments in one field of business strategy management consulting; 4, key university undergraduate degree or above, with basic knowledge of management, economics, law, or other business strategy management related disciplines, and has more than three years relevant work experience; 5, with a successful entrepreneurial experience, or related working experience of well-known companies at home and abroad is preferred.
- Responsibilities：1, participate in the company's consulting business promotion (business plan, precision innovation, element integration) and market development, complete the team performance indicators; 2, participate in the entrepreneurial environment analysis, opportunity evaluation and project mining on the industry, proposed the independent project planning; 3, participate in consulting project negotiations, customer communication and other work, collect and refining customer demand; 4, independently or with other consultants work together to complete a specific consulting project, and guide, train and motivate subordinates to accomplish the required job duties; 5, lead the team to implement programs and execute the budget of the assumed subprojects, responsible for the quality and customer satisfaction of the subprojects; 6, assist the company continued to improve the practical ability and market position in the field of business strategy management, participate in the establishment and adjustment of company's business strategy.
