- Job requirements： 1, full of great interest in business strategy management, identify with the value goals of SLEEING, can realize self-perfect in the process of promoting entrepreneurial economic development; 2, with certain leadership, ability to solve specific problems independently, a high degree of professionalism and good occupation ethics; 3, familiar with some consulting business of business strategy management, and has the certain attainments in one field of business strategy management consulting; 4, key university undergraduate degree or above, with basic knowledge of management, economics, law, philosophy, sociology, or other business strategy management related disciplines, and has more than three years relevant work experience; 5, with a practical training courses, or related working experience of well-known companies at home and abroad is preferred.
- Responsibilities：1, responsible for research and implementation of company's R & D system，complete the team performance indicators; 2, participate in tracking business strategy management theory, report writing and support for innovation, proposed the independent R & D planning; 3, participate in R&D project negotiations, customer communication and other work, collect and refining customer training needs; 4, independently or with other assistant researcher work together to complete a specific research project, and guide, train and motivate subordinates to accomplish the required job duties; 5, lead the team to implement programs and execute the budget of the assumed subprojects, responsible for the quality and customer satisfaction of the subprojects; 6, assist the company continued to improve the professional level and the theoretical status in the field of business strategy management, participate in the establishment and adjustment of company's business strategy.
